    Manage separate lines of work within the selected workspace.

    CommandPurpose
    legra graph branch listShow branches
    legra graph branch create <name> --from <source>Create a branch from an existing one
    legra graph branch delete <name>Delete a branch

    For example, create a branch for a proposed change:

    legra graph branch create experiment --from main --workspace research

    Use --branch experiment with queries and updates. Use --target-branch experiment with uploads.

    Merge through a SPARQL Update statement:

    legra graph update 'MERGE BRANCH "experiment" INTO "main"' --workspace research

    Review the source branch before merging. If Legra reports a conflict or validation failure, address it before retrying the merge.

    Deleting a branch removes that line of work from the workspace. Confirm the workspace and branch name before running the deletion command.
