CLI: upgrade

Check and update your Legra installation with legra system upgrade.

Command	Purpose
`legra system upgrade --check`	Check for an available update
`legra system upgrade --dry-run`	Preview the upgrade actions
`legra system upgrade`	Install the latest available version
`legra system upgrade --version <version>`	Install a specific version
`legra system upgrade --rollback`	Restore the previous installation

Follow any package-manager instructions printed by the command. Verify the installed version after upgrading.
